She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Don Smith and LuLu Smith (Nistendirk); her husband Daniel Lee McCarty; her siblings, Maurice Smith (Don), Milton Smith (Mick) and Lorna Smith Splitt; her children, David, Leslie McCarty, John and Janet McCarty; and her grandchildren, Jason McCarty, Rachel, Nick Moses, Mindy, Justin Wood, Amy McCarty, John McCarty (JD), Caleb McCarty and Elizabeth McCarty. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
