He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Dean and Alice "Mae" Harrell (Yon); and his brother Robert Dean Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Harrell (Lucas) of Hawk Point, MO; his children, Amy Hensley (Larry) of Troy, MO, Joseph Harrell (Mary) of Warrenton and Kimberly Coleman (Steve Aplin) of Troy, MO; his grandchildren, Charlee "Char Char" Harrell, Joseph "Bubba" Harrell, Jacob Weinand, Jessica Brooksher, LeeAnn Cope, Louis Cope, Andrew Porter, Stephen Aplin, Alexis Coleman, Brennan and Coleman; and his brother David Harrell (Nancy) of Bellflower, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
