He is survived by: his wife Ina Sue Moore; his children, Anita Norman (Charlie) of Harviell, Amy Lane of Marble Hill, Bill Franklin (Kathleen) of Las Cruces and Andy Franklin (Kathy) of St. Charles, MO; his son-in-law Noel Miller of Advance; and his siblings, Vada Swan of Pocahontas and David Franklin of Poplar Bluff, MO.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
