He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Shipley; his children, Amber Lynn Burgett (Cody) and Justin Shipley (Angela Gurley); his siblings, Vicki Craft (John), Rebecca Warren (Sonny) of Booneville Mo, Emily Crosby of Sedalia Mo, Lawrence, Leroy, Shannon Heacock of Harviell Mo and Zack Browne; and his grandchildren, Noah and Haley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relative.
