She is survived by: her children, Michael Jaco (Samantha), Destiny Boyer (Jeff), Paulette Rippee, Cathy Malin (Donald), Theresa Ford (Michael) and Dallas Canady (Ashley); and her siblings, Ricky Holden, Joey Kearbey, Buddy Kearbey and Vickie Simpson. She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
