He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletis Raymond Stamps and Jeanetta Pauline "Couch" Stamps; and his sister Connie J. Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife June Dillinger; his children, Bobby Ray Stamps of Harviell and Jerry Stamps of Harviell; his brothers, Mark R. Stamps (Pam), Kevin D. Stamps of Harviell and Rodney M. Stamps of Oxly, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Kyrie, Kimberly and Carson; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Adison, Axel, Rosie and Marileigh Jo.
