She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Edwards and Bessie Edwards (Davis); her husband Lowell Skinner; her siblings, Ray Edwards, Dorothy Wampler and Wanda Walter; and her siblings-in-law, Milton Walter, Troy Skinner and Pansy Shannon.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Fraker of Eureka Springs, Gene Skinner (Nancy) of Willard, Jim Skinner (Julie) of Springfield and Debbie Martin (Kevin) of Hartville; her grandchildren, Brandi Ridings (James), Nancy Eastburn (Matt), Erin Conard (Michael), Justin Skinner (Kendra), Melissa Skinner, Emily Brinkley (Jesse), Sarah Allen (Brian), Rebecca Metzler (Ethan), Levi Skinner (Lindsay) and Bailey Thomas (Cole); her siblings-in-law, Norma Spurlock of Lebanon and Dean Skinner of Simi Valley; and her close friends, Wanda Helsley, Mike and Sue Ward. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
