He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy Dean; his parents, Louis Gene and Betty Jean Moore (Arnall); and his sister Ruth Ann Gatlin. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Moore of Hartville; his children, Donna Scott (Ryan) of Hartville and Bobby Moore of Boonville; and his grandchildren, Dylan Hooker of Hartville, Leah Hooker of Mountain View, Cameron Ward of Seymour and Alivia Moore of Boonville. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
