She is survived by: her father Ronald Adams; her children, Amy Lynne, Kristin Nicole (Rodney) and Derek Andrew; her husband Jack; and her grandchildren, Rene, Kinley, Trenton, Devon, Ally, Katelyn, MacKayla, Macy, Mia, Isabelle, Sidney, Andrew and Lila. She is also survived by her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
