He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Marie Thompkins Price; his son Stephen; his parents, Orville Price and Elizabeth Price; and his siblings, Leonard, Matthew, Sterling, Richard, Orville Jr. and Nellie Henry.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Sykes (Kirk), Letitia Morris (Alfred) and Charles Jr.; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Nicholas, Alecia, Byron, Brandon (Heather), Stephanie (Ulysses), Krystine (Johnny) and Celeste; his great grandchildren, Clarissa, Melody, Jordan, Deja, Eli, Norah, Julian, Mya, Lauryn and Wyatt; and his brother Joseph.
