She is survived by: her children, Herman Leroy, Loetta Marlene and Marlene Smith of Summersville; her brother Elvin Stark of Sanger, TX; her daughter-in-law Jamesina Crabtree of Foyil, OK; and her grandchildren, Kevin Smith (Stephanie) of Republic, MO, Keith Smith of Summersville, MO, Carmen Cook (Rick) of Foyil, OK, Cindy Goodman (Ray) of Gainesville, TX and Kayla Gibson (Shane) of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and 15 great great-grandchildren.
