She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis J. Koechner and Gertrude Koechner (Chmelir); and her sister Ruth Koechner. She is survived by: her husband Harold Wayne Rice; her children, Michael Wayne Rice (Randy) of Ashland, Jeffry Travis Rice of Holts Summit, Georgetta Dwyer (Corey) of Holts Summit, Jennifer Swan (Jon) of Russellville and Scott Lee Rice (Jeannette) of Plato; her sister Peggy Frederick (Larry); and her grandchildren, Katie Rice, Tyler Rice, Lauren Wiseman, Brittny Wolfe (Lane), Breanna Webb (John), Samantha Crawford, Ryan May, Hannah Rice and Lily Swan. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children in St. Louis.
