She is survived by: her children, Elven, Ellen E. Provence (Hudson), Donal Jeffrey Parham (Wanda), Teressa Dawn Parham (Gretchen) and Kathryn Creson (Shane); and her sisters, Kay Boyle of Belton, MO, Glenda Humphrey and Kathryn Vechnak. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
