He is survived by: his wife Alice Barnard; his children, Steven Barnard, Jr. of Kansas City, MO, Chad Barnard (Carrie) of Odessa, MO, Jessica Teter (Eric) of Bates City, MO and Jerid Campbell (Heather) of Ft. Worth, TX; and his siblings, James Barnard, Jr., Michael Barnard, Rick Barnard and Gloria Roth. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Atkinson Funeral Home - Harrisonville (600 W Wall St, Harrisonville, MO 64701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
