He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Otis and Velma C. Sallee (Hancock); his wife Betty Sallee; his sons, Dan and Dennis Crownover; his grandson Zachery Crownover; his great grandchild Austin Boyer; and his siblings, Delbert, Wayne Sallee and Violet Sands.
He is survived by: his children, David Crownover (Amy), Doug Sallee (Nina), Donnie Crownover, Steven Sallee (Donna), Donna Brungardt (Fred), Robin Boyer (Larry) and Rebecca Johnson (Roger); and his sisters, Sylvia Honeyball and Kathryn Short. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
