He is survived by: his siblings, Shiela of Warsaw, Sherri of California and Richard of St. Joseph, MO.; and his stepsons, Bryan Doll of Garden City, MO, Randy Boulton of Memphis, TN and Kevin Boulton of Douglasville, GA..
