He is survived by: his wife Rita McGowen; his daughters, Terrie Slocum (Mark) of Lee's Summit, MO and Victoria McGowen of Harrisonville, MO; his grandchildren, Ashley, Carley, Matthew and Keeley; and his siblings, Richard McGowen of Harrisonville, MO, Mary Thompson of Harrisonville and Margaret Coons of Chariton, Iowa.. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
