She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Hines and Louise Hines (Newberry); her husband Dean Bridgforth; her sister Melva Littlejohn; and her former husband Carl Spence.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Bridgforth (Donna) of Belton, MO, Lyn Bridgforth (Patsy) of Belton, MO and DeAnn Phenix of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandchildren, Kelsey Young, Christopher Bridgforth, Joshua Bridgforth, MaKayla Scheib, Cameron Phenix and Hannah Phenix; her siblings, Leon Hines (Sylvia) of Girard, KS and Twyla Roberts (Larry) of El Dorado, MO; her sister-in-law Mary Smith; and her daughter-in-law Carlene Rudroff (Rick). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins, along with great grandchildren.
