He is survived by: his wife Peggy Adkins of Harrisonville, Missouri; his daughter Tammy Lemon (Mark) of Harrisonville, Missouri; his siblings, Steve Adkins (Chris) of Warren, Ronnie Adkins (Jami) of Berlin Center, Ohio and Judy Wilk of Charleston; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Megan, Matthew, Myles, Marcus, Mason and Maxwell. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
