She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Hammond and Sarah Elizabeth Blankenship (Boydston); her daughter Valerie Kassen; her grandson Clint Staggs; her daughters, Vicki Staggs and Kim Murphy (John); her grandchildren, Shauna, Nick, Zach and Alexa; her son-in-law Ron Kassen; and her sister Shirley Abbott. She was also cherished by other relatives and a host of friends.
The family suggest in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
