She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hocker and Margaret Elizabeth Hocker (Luckeman); her former husband Lee E. Fortner; her husband Charles; and her brothers, Harold, Glenn and Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Lee Fortner (Becky), Robert K. Fortner (Debbie) and Connie Fortner (Doug Gibb); and her siblings, Walter Hocker (Mary), Lyle Hocker (Beverly) and Evelyn Daniels (Longmont) of Colorado. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 mask and social distancing is required while attending services.
