He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lynn Allred; his children, Chad Allen Kelley (Amy) and Susy Lynn McLain (John) of Harrisonville, MO; his sister Leah Kahler (Gary) of Newalla, OK; and his grandchildren, Dillon Tarwater (Emily), Mason Tarwater (Abby), Weston Tarwater, Braydon Tarwater, Lily Tarwater, MacKenzee Epperson, Layne Anderson, Tatum Kelley, Taylor Kelley, Prestin Anderson, Cooper Kelley, Cassidy Mertz and Addison Kelley.
