She was predeceased by: her husband Milburn Cook; her son John Hopkins; and her sisters, Ina, Maxine and Chris.
She is survived by: her parents, John Duke and Osa Duke (Wisdom); and her grandsons, Rusty Hopkins (Kathy) and Chad Hopkins (Stacie). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
