She is survived by: her husband John Robert West; her children, Michael, Chad, David and Amanda; and her grandchildren, Tara, Jessica, Devin, LeaAnne, Gabrielle, Chris, Shane, McKenzie and Johnny. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
