He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cleo Israel and Beatrice Israel (Ford); his stepson Donald Lewis; his wife Teresia Israel; his children, Richard Dale Israel and Karen Kissinger (Pat); his stepson Michael Lewis (Shannon); his granddaughter Jennifer Kissinger; his stepgrandchildren, Brandon and Brittney Lewis; and his sister Imogene Grandstaff. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
