He was predeceased by: his grandfather Howard Lee Chadwick of Bucyrus, KS.. He is survived by: his parents, Cherie Chadwick (Silvers) and Kelly Chadwick; his siblings, Leanne McKenzie Chadwick of Harrisonville and Joseph Allen Chadwick of Garden City; and his grandparents, Paula Mae Chadwick, Robert Horton of Bucyrus, KS, Charles and Velesta Silvers (Kesha Dawn Goodman) of Carl Junction, MO.
