She was predeceased by: her father Gary Kostuke; her nephew Brandon Beckham; and her sister-in-law Amy Kostuke. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Kostuke (Smith); her boyfriend Patrick Chan; her children, Janyale Goetz (Matt) and Jerry Hankins II (Stacy); her grandsons, Jack, Vincent Goetz, Nicolai and Ethan Hankins; and her siblings, Kathy Sanchez (Jaime), Gary Kostuke II and Greg Kostuke. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, friends and family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Atkinson Funeral Home - Harrisonville (600 W Wall St, Harrisonville, MO 64701).
