She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Kostuke (Smith); her boyfriend Patrick Chan; her children, Janyale Goetz (Matt) and Jerry Hankins II (Stacy); her grandsons, Jack, Vincent Goetz, Nicolai and Ethan Hankins; and her siblings, Kathy Sanchez (Jaime), Gary Kostuke II and Greg Kostuke. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, friends and family.
