With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John William Gebhardt (Harrisonville, Missouri), born in Moberly, Missouri, who passed away on November 15, 2019 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Linneman Gebhardt; his grandparents, Rufus, Josie Gebhardt, Orin and Irma Linneman; and his uncle Gary Linneman.

He is survived by: his father William "Bill" Gebhardt of Salisbury, MO; his sisters, Lois Gebhardt Kruse (Jerry) of Quincy, IL and Sherre Gebhardt Wicks (Gary) of Franklin, TN; his nieces and nephews, Carl Darby, Emma Wicks, Dr. Emily Kruse Carr, Julia Vahle (Joshua), Dr. Anna Kruse Austin (Pace), Gary Wicks II (Kasey) and Dale Wicks; and his great-nieces, Samantha and Haley Wicks.

Memorials may be made to the Salem Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund or the Chariton County Sheltered Workshop.
