He is survived by: his wife Karen Hendee; his sons, Peyton Supernaw (Dolores) of Bates City, MO, Brian Supernaw (Theresa) of Valley Center, KS, Heath Supernaw of Harrisonville, MO and Derrick Supernaw (Tara) of Livingston, TX; his grandchildren, Adam (Tricia), Kyle, Crisa, Tyler (Courtney), Lindsey (Landon), Alex, Brandon, Neal (Kelli), Nicole (Nick), Drew and Gavin (Cheyenne); and his great grandchildren, Adrianne, Jase, Ariahna, Zaylee and Myla.
