Mitchell and Clarice Jean Mitchell (Ferguson); his wife Laura Kaye Vinzant; the parents of child, Dan and Vicki Bredeman; his sister Heather Parris; his nephew Ronald Earl Parris; his children, Rai "Raizzy" Wisner (Matt) of Grandview, Jennifer Mitchell of Pleasant Hill and Ryan Sims (Stefanie) of Pleasant Hill; and his sisters, Anna Marie Shepherd (Joe) of Rackett and Mary Jane Mitchell of Graham. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
