He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Pat Pulliam of Harrisonville, MO; his sons, Denny Pulliam (Debbie) and Rick Pulliam (Carol); his brother Charlie Pulliam (Tellma) of South Beloit, IL; and his grandchildren, Shelbi Devine, Jamie Dobnikar (Andy), Jessie Brown (Wes) and Crystal Broski. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
