He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lee Culpepper (Adair); his spouse Johnna Cotton; his sons, Justin Culpepper (Jessica), Michael Culpepper (Leslie) and Chad Culpepper (Emma); and his brother Roger Culpepper (Denise). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
