He is survived by: his children, Paula Carpenter (Nathan) of Orange Park, FL and Jason Linthicum (Kressy) of Grain Valley, MO; his sister Cathy Mead (Jerry) of Adrian, MO; and his grandchildren, Holden, Devin, Drew and Alex. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
