He is survived by: his spouse Tarasa Smith; his daughter Ashley Gutierrez (Jorge); his granddaughter Raegan; his siblings, Edwin Miller of Arkansas, Randy Miller of Harrisonville, Matthew Lopez of Georgia, Jeremy McAllister of California, Tina Polzer and Amber Mallinson of Archie, MO; his aunt LaVonne; and his uncle Ira Barnard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
