He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde William and Anna Burton (McKee). He is survived by: his wife Helen I. Parrish; his children, Kevin Burton (Donna) and Cheryl Roughton (Bart); and his brother Larry Burton of Harrisonville. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to St. Croix Hospice.
