With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Walter Howe of Harrisonville, Missouri, born in Amoret, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2024 at the age of 80. Though Charles Walter may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Minor Lee and Lucille Howe (Hinkle); and his wife Beverlea. He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Chuck" Howe of Peculiar, MO and Danny Smith of Ft. Worth, TX; his stepson Mark Bartlett (Dottie) of Harrisonville, MO; and his siblings, Betty Reynolds of Harrisonville, MO and Don Howe of Duncan, OK. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and one on the way; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Atkinson Funeral Home - Harrisonville (600 W Wall St, Harrisonville, MO 64701). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
