He was predeceased by: his parents, Branson Moody and Wilma Moody (Anderson); his wife Carol Moody; and his brothers, Larry Moody and Harold Leslie.
He is survived by: his son Brian Moody (Nicole); his grandchildren, Ryan Moody (Tahnee), Mason Scrivener and Shelbe Dishong; and his brother Jim Leslie. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Atkinson Funeral Home - Harrisonville (600 W Wall St, Harrisonville, MO 64701). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Grand River Baptist Church or American Diabetes Association.
