It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Joy Drury of Harrisonville, Missouri, born in Archie, Missouri, who passed away on December 11, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde William and Anna Fern Burton (McKee); her husband Harry Dean Drury; her son Michael Dean Drury; her sisters, Velma Carpenter, Wilma Smith and Roberta Anne Schupp; and her nephews, Thomas Carpenter, Don Carpenter and Steven Carpenter.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Noe (Mike); her daughter-in-law Debra Drury (Brookshire) of Blue Springs, MO; her brothers, Clyde Burton, Jr. (Helen) of Harrisonville, MO and Larry Burton of Harrisonville, MO; her grandchildren, Sarah Ortiz (Ray) of Lee's Summit, MO, Mary Elizabeth Taggart (Josh) of Blue Springs, MO and Alexander Michael Drury; her stepgranddaughter Angela Loughridge (Lance); her great grandchildren, Roberto Dean Ortiz, Reid Charles Ortiz, Anna Joy Ortiz, Eli Taggart and Nathan Taggart; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor Ortiz, Jonathon Loughridge, Jordan Loughridge and Jacob Loughridge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
