With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alyssa Renee Riggert of Harrisonville, Missouri, born in Overland Park, Kansas, who passed away on April 13, 2021 at the age of 16. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Linda Riggert; and her great-grandparents, Mable Zupon and Vernon Riggert. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Keith Cox and Michelle Renee Riggert; her stepmother Dana Cox of Harrisonville, MO; her stepsiblings, Allison Dye, Zachary Dye and Ethan Engelby; her brothers, Robert Simmons, III (Alexis) of Lee's Summit, MO and Dillon Simmons of Kansas City, MO; her grandparents, Joyce Montoya of Denver, CO, Robert Simmons, Sr., Tad Riggert (Teri) of Raymore, MO and Alan Ross of Kansas City, MO; and her great-grandparent Joyce Riggert of Columbia, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
