He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Jones and Gertrude Jones. He is survived by: his wife Alice Lorinda "Lori" Bryson; his children, Matthew T. Jones of Harrisburg and Megan Jones (Logan Lasley) of Columbia; his sister Carolyn Adolf (Charles) of St. Charles; his grandsons, Gavin, Kaylob, Austin and Tucker; his brother-in-law Roy Watanabe; and his sisters, Barbara Watanabe and Mary Ackers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
Due to COVID-19 there will be a private family funeral.
