He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Ellis and Jack Ellis; his son Kirby Ellis; and his sister Sondra Sapp. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Ellis (Lori), Chris Ellis and Lynda; his grandchildren, Carli, Macie, Tracy and Max Ellis; his close friend Alivia Spry; and his sister Glenda Scanlan.
