She was predeceased by: her brother James David Frazier; her uncle Kenneth Foster; and her aunt Nancy Muir. She is survived by: her daughter Joyce; her sisters, Martha Jane Frazier of Lebanon and Rebecca Lea Frazier of Independence, Missouri; her aunt Barbara Foster of Hardin, Missouri; and her sister-in-law Christine Frazier of El Paso.

In memory of Joyce, memorial contributions are suggested to Morton Church or Shirkey Hospice Group.
