She is survived by: her parents, Anthony Plonski and Courtney Plonski; her brother Anthony Thomas Plonski, IV; her grandparents, Diona Sims (John) of Liberty, Evelyn Plonski of Henrietta, Lisa Lynn Beckwith (William Christopher) of Fairfield, IL and Ricky Lynn Snider (Rickie Ann) of Leavenworth, KS; her great-grandparent Susie Earline Headley; and her aunts and uncles, Chris Thornberry, Sundown Plonski, Richard Alan Snider, Karolyina Plonski, Dusty Plonski, Wendy Plonski, Sherry Gilbert and Whitney Lynn Beckwith.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Emma Grace Plonski Memorial Fund.
