She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Cox and Vera R. Locke Cox; her husband William Clair "Bill" Neff; and her sister Yolanda Gray. She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Lamberson of Hannibal, MO, Douglas Cox (Linda) of Hannibal, MO and Joseph Cox (Carrie) of Perry, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
