Larry Phelps of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Center, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 72, on November 13, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Phelps and Mildred Frances Jones Phelps; and his siblings, Sharon Lent, Bill Phelps, Leslie "Buddy" Phelps and Terry Phelps.
He is survived by: his nephews, Rodney Crabtree (Loretta), Kevin Crabtree (Ethel) and B. J. Williams (Liza); his niece Kathy Fessenden (Terry); and his sister Kathern Heaton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
