He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William and Dorothy Margaret Webber (Rose); his spouse Donalda Weatherman (Donnie); and his siblings, Elizabeth Ann Mersman (Libby) and Richard Webber.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Margaret Rose (Maggie), Morgan Claire, Jacob Brian Caldwell, Brandon and Eric Fenton.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the James E. Cary Cancer Center, in care of the Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.
