With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Walter Palmer of Hannibal, Missouri, born in Troy, Missouri, who passed away on February 22, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Eldie George Palmer, Sr.; and his brothers, Charles Palmer and Eldie Palmer, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Dollie Joannis Ellis Mercer of Foley, MO; his sisters, Clara Jo Johnson (Doug) of St. Peters, MO and Rosalie Gomila of Texas; his stepsons, Michael Riechard (Tamra) of Hannibal and Justin Riffle of Elsberry; and his granddaughter Rebecca Riechard.
