He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Ainsworth and Frances Derrick Ainsworth; his sister Patricia Ainsworth; and his nephew Derrick Bibb. He is survived by: his children, Quintin Ainsworth (Tabitha) of Hannibal and Shawna Langerud of Paris, Missouri; and his siblings, Jim Ainsworth (Ann) of Holt Summit, Ed Givan (Sherry) of Hannibal, Missouri and Charlene Bridges of Hannibal, Missouri. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
