He is survived by: his spouse Lela "Lee" Cornelius; his children, Mark Underhill (Julie) of Hannibal, MO, Theresa Underhill (Kathy Welch) of Center, MO and Victor Underhill (Linda) of New London, MO; his grandchildren, Jeremy Underhill (Lauren), Ashley Kelle (Chris), Josh Underhill (Megan), Joey Underhill (Kaitlyn), Jay Underhill, Shannon Heindselman (Zach) and Hannah Gentry (Nick); his great grandchildren, Gavin, Philip, Brennen, Jace, Colton, Gabe, Easton and Lincoln; and his sister-in-law Margaret Yarbrough Ward of Hannibal, MO.. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
