He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul McNeal and Evelyn Armeda McNeal (Six); his former wife Shirley Ruth White; and his siblings, Kenneth McNeal and Doris Bauer.
He is survived by: his wife Debra McNeal of Hannibal; his children, Eric McNeal, Aaron McNeal, Justin McNeal and Peggy Powell; and his sisters, Dorothy Newlon, Shirley Chaney and Sharon Sheffield. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Harry S. Truman VA hospital in care of Grand View Funeral Home.
